Full-Time | Monday - Friday (9 AM - 5 PM)
Sign on bonus up to $20k (paid over the first six months at practice's discretion)
Dental Care of Michigan in St. Clair Shores is seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our high-performing, family-oriented team. This is a solo provider opportunity supported by a dedicated staff including one hygienist, two dental assistants, and one hygiene assistant. The office features seven operatories and advanced technology including Primescan, Overjet, SureSmile, and Wave One. We serve a diverse patient base with a mix of Managed Medicaid and PPO plans, averaging 40-50 new patients per month. The dentist can expect to generate approximately $5,000 in daily production with a 90% collection rate. Our Office Manager and Lead Dental Assistant have been with the practice for over 13 years, contributing to a stable and collaborative environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a dentist with a minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience who is confident in bread-and-butter dentistry, and who is independently able to perform molar root canal therapy and surgical extractions.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree-accredited dental school
