Full-Time General Dentist - McDonough Dental Studio | McDonough, GA
McDonough Dental Studio is seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Dentist to join our thriving, patient-focused practice. This is a unique opportunity to work in a modern, well-established office with a strong support team and a commitment to clinical excellence.

Position Overview

  • Schedule: 4-5 days per week (Tuesday through Friday required; 7:00 AM start preferred)
  • Practice Type: PPO/FFS
  • Technology: CBCT, Overjet AI, SprintRay 3D printer
  • Team Structure: 2-doctor practice, 1 dental assistant per doctor, 2 hygienists with a hygiene assistant
  • Operatories: 12
  • 2025 YTD Net Production: $1.18M | 2024 Total: $2.67M

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 3-4+ years preferred
  • Clinical Skills: Proficient in general dentistry; experience with endodontics and implants is a plus
  • Mindset: Strong communicator with a collaborative, growth-oriented approach
  • Autonomy: Comfortable managing comprehensive care from diagnosis to follow-up

Compensation

  • Daily Rate: $850-$900/day for the first 6 months
  • Production-Based Pay: 32-33% of collections
  • Sign-On Bonus: Available for the right candidate (at the discretion of the practice)
  • Lab Fees: 100% covered by the practice

Qualifications

  • DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Active Georgia dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • 3-4+ years of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in bread-and-butter dentistry
  • Experience or interest in endodontics and implants (CBCT available)
