- Thursdays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Fridays: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

- Team: 4 General Dentists, 3 Hygienists
- Operatories: 10
- Technology: CBCT/Pan, Digital Scanners, Nomad, 3D Printer, Intraoral Cameras, AI Software
- Payer Mix: UHC, CSEA, Connection Network, Dental Pay Plus, Optum
- New Patients: ~40/month
- Structured mentorship programs designed to cultivate leadership, clinical excellence, and team collaboration.
Compensation
- Daily Guarantee: starting at $900/day (initial 12 months)
- Production-Based Pay: 30% of Net Production
Responsibilities
- Educate patients regarding their comprehensive treatment options
- Maintaining an environment where patients are comfortable and understand their health is our top priority
- Support the growth and development of our teams and practices
- Provide exceptional dental care
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree-accredited dental school
- Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain)
