Patient Service Representative (Must live in Illinois)
Hours of Operation
Hours can vary from 7am-6pm M-F and possible Saturdays from 7am -230pm
Full time position 40 hours a week
Training would be Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm at the Downers Grove location
Position would be Remote once fully trained, providing work from home criteria is met. The training is approximately 3-4 weeks.
Must have high speed internet and a quiet private workspace to work remotely
Pay: $17.00/hour based on experience

- Receive/make a high volume of calls to schedule and assist patients for their next dental appointment
- Create patient charts on the computer
- Multitask when scheduling the patient with being able to review multiple applications at the same time on the computer
- Ability to identify and resolve issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining patient confidentiality.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- The ability to identify and resolve issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills establishing positive relationships.
- A stable employment history and history of consistent attendance.
- Dependability, flexibility, and commitment to providing exceptional service for patients.
