What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive dental care with full clinical autonomy
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of dental conditions
- Perform bread-and-butter dentistry, including endodontics and surgical procedures
- Build long-term relationships with patients and deliver exceptional care
- Collaborate with a supportive team of dental professionals
- 12 operatories in a beautiful, modern office
- Advanced technology: CBCT/Pan, Overjet AI, Primescan, SprintRay 3D Printer
- 40+ new patients/month
- Accepts PPO and Medicaid
- Strong back-office support: 2 DAs (expanding to 4), 1 hygienist
- True clinical autonomy

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive examinations and educate patients regarding their recommended treatment options
- Maintain an environment where patients are comfortable and understand their health is our top priority
- Support the growth and development of our teams and practices
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Michigan dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Proficiency in general dentistry, including endo and surgical procedures
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
