Refresh Dental in Warren is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our well-established, modern practice. With a stable and experienced team, strong patient flow, and a focus on high-quality care, this is an ideal opportunity for a motivated clinician seeking clinical autonomy and growth.

• Experienced applicants with molar endo and surgical extractions eligible for up to $20k sign on bonus*offered at the practice's discretion.

• Join a team with 2 other full-time general dentists and 2 full-time hygienists
• 6 fully equipped operatories
• Digital workflow with Primescan
• Overjet AI platform in place; SprintRay 3D printing available

• High collection rate of 90%
• Strong production potential: $4K-$5K per day
• Experienced and cohesive team: 5 DAs, 3 front desk, 1 OM, prosth tech

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive examinations and educate patients regarding their recommended treatment options

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active (or eligible) dental license in Michigan
• GPR or AEGD-trained candidates encouraged to apply
